Like a fooking champ. Just had them out on the on Saturday. I found the first limitation. They kinda made the wheeling a bit too easy.

I'm coming up on 10k since the install. Will buy again. No question.

Best pic I have ATM, from mid-July:

    You're welcome!

I tossed the best pic that I have of them ATM. They get plenty of hard on-road cornering.

    Good luck!

If you didn't have a hook up, I can only say positive things about getting them from Amazon. Just ordered up a set for our Subaru from there. A bit easier than TireRack was.

I ended up going with the Falken, 265 70R16. Much cheaper and I couldn't find the ATX in the size I wanted. They definitely change the look of the truck over the stock tires. Already I can tell they have more grip on dry and wet pavement.

Had both in SL 265 75 16 falken on an 07 and now GG on my 17. Had 20k on the falken got noticeably louder @15k and were heavy/larger than expected. I’ve got 5k on these 265 70 17 GG. I like em better so far not as harsh a ride. I took a bigger hit mpg with the wild peaks.

I'm really disappointed the ATX doesn't come in an SL. An E rated tire on a Tacoma makes little sense. The truck is really light, and only has a 900lb payload capacity. The weight rating on the SL exceeds the weight rating of the Tacoma axel.

E rated tires are for very heavy trucks and very heavy loads so they need to handle 80psi. Run an E rated tire at lower pressures, (30psi) appropriate for a light Tacoma and the capability of the E rated tire is actually lower than an SL.

Yeah. I should have clarified, they don't make a normal sized 16"

Never tried the falken wild peaks. Cant say anything about them

However, i have the grabber atx 265/75r16 and i have nothing bad to say about them. They are a E load but ride so good and comfortable on the highway. (Coming from stock AT Tires). They are not harsh at all. I Run 40 psi warm up front and 38psi warm in the rear. They have deep tread and aesthetically very good looking tires with White lettering out. Only things i expected and has occurred is that acceleration has been a bit more sluggish and mpgs dropped a hard it. From stock Ats i got 24mpg easy on the highway but now with these tires if I’m lucky i see 21 mpgs. It’s okay though for me I’m not too concerned of mpgs. It’s a damn truck. Overall, a great tire so far. Dry, wet, snow (we will see soon with the winter), gravel, (no mud and more serious off road yet). I’m at about 2,500 miles in and the only wear i see so far are the edges of the knobs of tread rounding off slightly from turns. Wear is supposedly great too with their duragen technology.

The Desk to Glory couple drove up to Tuktoyaktuk with the General Grabber ATX on their Tacoma in the wintertime. Did a great job for them.
