    Do the wires go into the opening where the old mirror stuck out of the map light cover?

    The wires go up from the mirror to the edge of the headliner, then goes under the headliner trim

    Thank you. Looks great.

    One thing you could do is buy an old original mirror and cut off the stalk. Paint it. Then fill the hole left over when you went to your new mirror system. I’m considering doing this.

    Because the gentex mirror is larger in width I’m not sure that would work. Maybe?
    With my truck there is a sweet spot where the sun visor are both down and doesn’t touch the mirror.
    With the gentex arm you have more adjustments.
