    Hello all,
Just got a Gentex ADVGEN20A Auto Dimming Mirror with Compass and Temperature reading and I am trying to figure out where to wire it. I have a 2014 Tacoma pre-runner with the SR5 package. The stock mirror has no wiring at all. I took the ceiling panel out and can see two possible places that it should be wired too. I am attaching pictures. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I have but I got the plug and play kit from Bob's Mirrors.
You can use the wires at the factory mirror plug.
Red (Pin 8) is hot at all times (ECU-B Fuse 7.5A)

Thank you Dm93! Did not have time to install the mirror until today and what you wrote was exactly what I needed and worked perfectly. Sorry the previous post was a little underwhelming as a thank you but I hadn't had a chance to look and test it out on my truck.
