Gentex rearview Homelink mirror installation - HELP

I just bought a Gentex rearview Homelink mirror and my mechanic installed/wired for me, but it does not program anything, not even via the learning mode. I spent over 1.5 hours with Homelink support person on the phone without luck.

I noticed the mirror only gets power when I turned the ignition pass the accessory mode or start the engine. Also another weird thing is: when the engine is running and if I press and hold any Homelink button on the mirror, it activates the AC. As soon as I released the Homelink button it deactivated or turn off AC.

Anyone have picture/diagram of where to connect the wires for this mirror in our 2015 toyota tacoma?

NOTE:
I got the plug and play wiring kit from the seller (Bob) because my truck didn't have any wire for the mirror.
