I went to URE and it was a blast. I heard Harlan is pretty nuts too. At some parts I actually could have really used some skids but the truck took it like a champ. There were some lines I would have liked to hit but didn't feel comfortable doing it with no skids.

Im ready to goto URE this coming season when they open back up April 1. But till then ill deal with Gulches since its way closer to me and i was told it was more technical than URE but i also want to make the trip to Harlan someday as well and that Golden Mountain place in TN.

I dont think ill have to many issues with armor with sliders your pretty much good to go for the most part as long as you have stock skids too...Im ready to get my rear bumper though and belly pan and ill be set :D

Yea i paid 750 for the ones i have now in 265..but im ordering the new ones through my work so i get the 285's at 175 a piece compared to the place i ordered from the first time they are around 235 a piece now

So its a real nice discount and ill be selling the ones i have now since they have so much tread left to help pay for the new ones, then i just gotta buy another rim and get started on a tire carrier and ill have a fullsize spare!

Hell if i know honestly, im not sure what company they use but i know we got 2 now so they compete with each other for the lowest price so im getting a pretty smokin deal on them... I can find out for you though and see what company they come from..I know we can get whatever tire we want as well but they tend to get alot of mastercrafts so it was perfect for me since i loved mine so much

would anyone be interested in my tires now??? 265/75/16 Can get some pics tomorrow if anyone wants them but they still have almost half tread left on them and should go at least another 20k

Here are some pics a member on TTORA snagged.

This is at The Rock Garden. He has billies and he is open/open and he handled everything fine (minus Zone 4 but apparently "that trail sucks balls and it is just a service road with giant pot holes")

Oh look who we have here :D

This guy wasn't with us but his rig is nuts. He climbed up the embankment on Slippery Nipple with no problem then tried to take a different line and flipped over in the creek bed  he ended up breaking something (mechanical) and couldn't finish the line. Needless to say after that he was done for the day.

Now this guy was with us. That is his trail rig so he didn't care if he bashed it up or not. He has a pretty sick setup.

This guy was also with us. I don't remember what his setup is (I want to say he is solid in the front) but he didn't have many problems either.

This is the new part of the park. It doesn't look like much but there is a whole lot you can't see. I highly advise not hitting these obstacles unless you don't care about beating the shit out of your truck, have solid axles, lockers, and are sitting on at least 35" tires. The guy on the right was also with us.

And here is that pink rig again. His tires were up to my nipples.

There isn't much we will be able to do as far as obstacles is what I mean unless you are on 35 inch tires or larger. I mean yeah there are some dirt/muddy roads but that is about it for us. So for paying $20 bucks yeah I was pretty disappointed. I paid $10 bucks at URE for the entire weekend and there was at least twice the amount of trails for us.

I'm still down, as long as I can make it through with my stock setup and only 2wd.

You will be fine with a stock setup. Nobody is going to let you take a line or hit a trail that is going to destroy your rig. Now 2wd on the other hand is going to be a challenge because depending on how much it rains the night before, you are definitely going to want 4wd. Do you at least have A/T?

Yea, I've gone from 'definitely' to 'possibly' due to work and some possible travel.

If so, I don't plan on running my Pre through any crazy crap. I'll likely be snapping more photos with my Nikon. Call me the official "meet" photographer. Muahahahahahaha
