    This is it right?tray.jpg

For this route, take GA 356 east from Robertstown (1 mile north of Helen) for 5 miles. Turn left at Bethel Church onto Chimney Mountain Road and follow it for 2 miles to FS 79 (Tray Mountain Road) which is maintained for four-wheel-drive vehicles and pickup trucks. Travel FS 79 north for 7 miles to Tray Mountain Gap [Fig. 29(49)] at the intersection of FS 698 and the AT crossing.

For a address near by here is Bethel Church - 40 Bethel Rd, Sautee Nacoochee, GA 30571

I vote for camping at tray mountain Sat night. Admittedly I dont remember seeing a camp site along the trail when I was up there.

So not 100% sure what all people want since this is so last minute, but I think some people on Sunday wanted to do a meet and greet at a restaurant somewhere. If thats still the case we should try and ride saturday morning then camp at trey.

I had wanted to meet at restaurant then ride but would it be easier for people to come to the campsite like 8:30(i get up early) then we can choose from like 5 trails which we want to do. Go to a restaurant maybe for lunch?

I've gotta get back into town around ~1pm on Sunday. We could do Trey Sunday morning and if anyone wants to join me for some forest roads during the day on Saturday you're more then welcome.

Ok, what campsite do you want to use? Josh had mentioned one about a half mile down the trail. What time do you think people driving up Sunday should arrive at?

So the map posted earlier is kinda wrong, that route goes through private property so you gotta do this:
    upload_2016-11-4_19-4-54.jpg

The camp site is around that red pin somewhere, they're easy to spot off to the left. If we wanna go up chimney the back down we'd probablyd need 2-3 hours so I'd say try and get there around 10 at the latest.

Gov sites seem to agree that the burn ban ends Sept 30, didnt see anything specifically concerning the drought.

If at all possible, I'd like to at least know the meeting spot for Sunday morning since I have at least 1-1.5 hr drive from E. Cobb.
