Yes, as mentioned the pins and locks are fully interchangeable. I have the same key for all the locks - hitch pin and wheel locks.

Have you measured through the hole? I stopped by a dealer on the weekend and measured about 3 3/4 through the hole, suggesting the 3.9" (Wheel Lock QR/HD pin) should work. I'd neglected to bring one of my wheel locks to verify, will try to do that on Thursday. Even though it'll be a while before I buy a 4th gen, I need to order some other stuff from 1UP and may as well get the appropriate pin now to save shipping.

3.9" may work, but it would be tight. I rather get a slightly longer pin than one that is too short.

Also, your previous post does not mention that the pins and locks are interchangeable :)

Certainly, if ordering and you don't already have any wheel locks to try out, better to be cautious.

I was acknowledging @stan23's post mentioning the interchangeability.

I hadn't previously mentioned it as I thought it was common knowledge. I've always had wheel locks for my 1UP racks.

yeah, I don't use wheel locks. My bike goes from the house to the trailhead and back home.
