I am getting a Honda Rancher and I just wanted to see how many of you guys actually have a quad you use instead of your truck for the real rough trails

I have a 2009 Rancher (just called a TRX 420 CTE in Canada). Didnt run it this year, and now it wont start (electrical problem). When I was running it though, it was great.

That sucks it will not start and it is a lot colder in Canada than where I am at so I can leave my current 06 for like 3 months and it will start right up

I have an 05 foreman, love it for the mountains in this state and its reliable and well powered. Had 2 ranchers, a 03 350 and an 06 400 auto. I hated the auto but the 350 2x4 was great. It became under powered and small for me tho as I got older. The Foreman is a perfect fit now. 6' and 200lbs.

This is another site I frequent and will have all the answers youre looking for with any Honda.

05' Rancher, replaced the battery, that's all it's ever needed.
