your WRONG! Mot only will he rub on the inside of his fenders but he may rub on his cab mounts!

He's also running stock wheels...which ALSO won't fir a 285 because he'll rub on his UCAs...

So just a re-cap for ya Cody. Please don't think I'm being rude...that ToyoFreak08 is giving you false info.

285s be it 70 or 75 sidewall height will rub because of there width NOT THEIR HEIGHT. Its my understanding that you DO NOT wanna have to trim or shave anything on your truck...you just wanna throw tires on and call it good right? So, 265/75/16s is the largest tire you can fit and have NO rubbing issues :)

Will 33s and even 35s fit with your lift?...YES, but will require trimming inside the fender and possibly having your cab mounts chopped :) Also, with you running stock wheels, the off set and backspacing on stock wheels is not sufficient enough to clear 285s...you'll rub on the UCAs...New wheels or 1.25" wheel spacer will fix that. The ideal wheel dimensions are 4.5" Backspacing and 0 Off Set

I have 285/70/17 with BS of 4.25. Eibach springs with 5100's at .85.

The rubbing isn't a lot. But it looks awesome. Well worth a little rubbage.

    Got it, thanks.

I missed that you had a leveling kit. How many inches that give ya? I guess you could get by with the right wheel with no rubbing... Like I said I've got 4.25BS and 2.5 in of lift and rub. Hmm.

I have a 3" lift and wheels with -12 offset (so they stick out further)
I had to do very minor trimming but now no rubbing at all.
    this is with 285 70 17 Duratracs which is a 33x11.5 tire
