    Yep.
Here is what I have lined up for my little audio endeavour...

    From Elemental Designs...
    2 - 8" ED subs
    2 - 6" ED subs
    2 - NINe.2 amps
    1 - NINe.4 amp

    Crutchfield...
Infinity Reference 6030 components for the front
Infinity Reference 5030 components for the rear
    Pioneer Head AVH-P4200DVD

    Sound Deadening from Ramaudio...
    2 - Rammat BXT rolls
    6 - Ensolite IUO
    3 - V&S spray adhesive

Fatmat Floor liner and some 3m strip caulk
Wiring kits will be bought locally

I will be building my own box(not a problem) and have wired a few systems before. The deadening project will be a first for me but again, not to worried about it. any suggestions?...

I'm looking at Headunits right now. Would the Pioneer you have selected there be better than the Clarion at Crutchfield, or are they pretty much the same?

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2117928&filterName=Category - Great deal on an amp kit. Get'em while you still can.

I'm also hesitant to recommend anything from Elemental Designs based upon this: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/aud...-ed-11kv-2-d4-subwoofer-here-we-go-again.html

The guy could be full of it but I've never seen specs that far off before. It seems like it would be impossible to build the proper enclosure for it based upon manufacturer's specs.

Also, are you just trying to dampen rattles and vibrations or are you trying to block outside noise from coming in?

    Yep.

well i have never dealt with ED before, always been a JBL, Kicker, etc, etc kinda guy but I have been following a lot of audio threads on here and a a few guys seem to think they're pretty good. interesting article.

And as far as the dampening my goal is really to do all three. haha. plan is to use the bxt and ensolite on everything but the floor. the floor will be the mlv stuff of whatever it is.
