    I have a 2019 SR5 and am getting

    FALKENWILDPEAK A/T4W245 /75 R16 115T XL BSW Tires
    and
    KMCKM725 TERRA16 X8 6-139.70 0 BKMTXX Wheels

I'm willing to change the wheels but I want to keep the tires.

Question is would I need to make any modifications to let's say the fenders?

Those will fit without any trimming.

I have LT285/75/16 tires and fitting them only required some very minimal trimming as a point of reference.

Yep! aren't those the same size as stock tires?

Pretty much. Really all I was considering was offset. They would be further out than the stock tires.

Yeah you will be fine. My wheels are -10mm offset and I previously ran 265/75/16’s with no rubbing at all.

IMO, that's a really wide wheel for that tire. Technically, 8" is the very top of the acceptable wheel width listed by Falken - so obviously it will work. But personally I'd be looking for a 7" wheel if I were wanting to run a 245 tire. Even my 7.5" wheel feel a little wide for my 255 tires.

Somewhat personal preference here but there are both aesthetic and performance differences to consider when picking your wheel and tire widths.

FYI you need 7inch wide wheels with 245/75R16
Tire shops may not even accept installing them on those wheels for liability reasons

Any tire shop should do it. Falken lists an acceptable rim width of 6.5-8" and if the manufacturer says it's OK then any tire shop shouldn't have any issue. That said, I definitely wouldn't do it on my own truck.
