    for the pro...

    Tundra goes from 13 City / 17 Hwy mpg in 2021 to 19 City / 21 Hwy in 2022.
    Increases HP and torque from 381 hp / 401 tq in 2021 to 437hp / 583 tq in 2022
    Adds Multilink rear suspension
Increases towing from 9200 to 11175
increases weight by 400lbs and STILL outperforms the old model in every meaningful way.

    People still bitch and moan.
probably 1% or less of you would ever buy a pro anyway, even if it was 65k.
how many times have yall said "dont buy a pro, just get an off road"

    Exactly.

the non-hybrid V6s STILL out tow, MPG and HP the 2021 V8 however.

389 hp and 479tq and the same payloads for the SR5 4WD models with 17 City / 22 Hwy and MSRP is about 45 - 47k

Plus you’re basically getting a LC 300 with a truck body.
I also remember when trucks didn’t have power steering, power brakes, manual windows, no ac, rode like spring boards…

…still $100K is a lot for a truck. The base model SR makes more sense to me.

    Sounds great...on paper.

Wanna place bets on which engine will still be running and trouble free in five years or so?

It is the ugliest truck on the market and its not close. It continues the tradition of Toyota having a very low opinion of American tastes. And they are not wrong.

Fake vents, fake exhaust tips, fake scoops, fake grilles, and those damn badges on the hood to tell the world that you have a "viper maxxx" under the hood, and more creases than a yesterday's worn hookers dress.

    It looks worse in person.

Yep, Toyota is causing many to loose faith

Dealer had the Tacoma and Tundra parked back to back, looking at them from straight on the Tundra didn’t seem all that much bigger. Interior feels the same, only difference I noticed was the console was a little wider.

Since not many fans of the new Tundra. Whats everyone's opinion on the most reliable (presumably, if new model) full size truck that still looks decent? ok,that second part is subjective. But...really. whats out there nowadays that people will go to instead?
I personally like how the Tundra looks in pictures more than in person. I was hoping I'd like it more.

There was a dealership that was selling raptors on order at 1% below MSRP IIRC on one of the Ford forums, great reviews from everyone who did use them to order.

Honestly think it is a crap shoot anymore. Buy the one that looks the best to you, fits your needs and trade it in before the warranty is up.
