    Hi,

I bought a used Taco and it seems like the previous owner liked to play with paint or something inside the car. In the AC control unit, there are black dots on the silver rings of the dials. It only a couple spots and only on one dial.

Now, I wonder, is there anything I can do to take these stains off without removing the OEM paint?

They seem like black spray paint dots, unless smoking also creates such spots, since he did smoke a lot.

If I cant take it off, know of any paint I can use to paint over it with a toothpick or something?
