A buddy of mine loaned me a homemade backup light. It was a little beat and one of the lights was burned out so I rehabilitated it. The lights were on clearance at Harbor Freight for $8 a piece. They are H3 sealed lights.

It plugs into the trailer light port and comes on when in reverse.

I will probably build my own set but switch to LEDs but this throws a lot of light as it is.
    Anyone else built something similar?
Pictures if you have them. I'm looking for ways to improve this.
