    A 5.71in backspace 18mm offset

    B 4.53in backspace 12mm offset

For both sets of wheels that I have had I went with B. They fit perfect and your wheels bearings will not wear out as fast from the wheel sticking out so much and putting extra strain on the bearings.

    wat?
B sticks out further than A...but none the less, ~4.5" BS is the norm around here for 265s/285s

You didn't post the wheel width, but looks like prob a 9" width? Looks like option B is gonna be your best bet. 5.71" backspace might rub UCA if you move up to a wider tire.
