    I called the 1 800# first and then Temecula Valley Toyota here in SoCal called. They said I didn't have to bother loading it up and just to bring it in. I brought it in, they said we'll order the parts and two days later they're being installed! I pick it up later, no hassle at all!! They even gave me a loaner and I didn't even ask for it!

    i wish i could get it done on my truck. My rear drops down big time when I hitch up my boat. But I'm 7K miles out of warranty. :(
