Hey all, In the last 2 weeks, I’ve had 2 vehicles (Wife’s GX460 and MIL’s Rogue) get wiring chewed by mice. The situation is that we have too many vehicles and a few have to park off of the concrete driveway. There is essentially woods all around us. Local foxes have been seen but they seem to be slacking off. The Nissan had parking sensor wires chewed and the GX had both rear wheel speed sensor wires “disconnected”. Now, I’m trapping and using the baits all around starting yesterday, but does anyone know of anything to deter them on the underside of the vehicle?

A little of this and a little of that.
My F-I-L use to put a cap from a spray paint rattle can filled with moth balls to deter mice from chewing on wires. He would secure the cap inside the engine compartment.
