My lean is getting unbareable. When parked it looks horrible. Even a Toyota Tech noticed it yesterday. I was considering getting some 5100's and having 1 side higher than the other, is that fezable? I know it would be slightly stiffer on the drivers side front but would it matter that much I live in a state with some of the worst roads. If you have a better solution let me know. I know Chris4x4 was going to make some spacers, should I go that route?

    General info
*There is a 1/4" difference from Drivers side to Passengers.
*I want to change the TRD shocks anyways.
    *It is a daily driver
*I enjoy wheeling my truck when its possible. Scratches and dents to prove it.
*It has a 3" lift already with TCA UCA's and blocks in the rear, Due to spring TSB

What kind of lift do you have right now?

3"from Toytec, Blocks in rear because I got the TSB done and the lift installed before Toytec offered the AAL for trucks with the TSB. Front is 884 coils all shocks are TRD. I know those are the wrong Coils but its what I was sent and had not noticed until it was way too late, my mistake. However the truck sits well front to back but is off left to right.

I would get the 5100's as they are MUCH better than the OEM shocks. ALso, consider a 1/4" spacer from Toytec, to counter the driver side lean. :)

So you would go with the spacer to compensate. I was going to raise one shock higher than the other.

The only setting other than stock, is the .85". That might be too much. A 1/4" top spacer wont add anything to the spring rate on the driver side, yet should fix any lean you may have.

They came out with all the cool shit after I got my TSB and lift done. ie: set of aal for use with tsb and the ultimate lift kit. Thanks for the input. The front coils are OME and 884 were supposed to be 885's. Toytec said they would be fine with the TRD shocks, and thus far have been great no complaints here just hate the lean. Ask the Jeep guys and the buggies in Hot Springs.

Damn those little spacers are expensive. $60 bucks for the kit, 2, 1/4 spacers with hardware.

I just noticed the 60 dollar item is a different part# and claims 3/4 of lift, with hardware. While the 1/4" spacer claims 1/2"for $20 with no hardware. That may better benefit those with 1"+ of lean where as I am only seeing a .25" lean.

But the 5100 shocks do not have enuff top stud to add a spacer and attach too, do they? Maybe I'm confused....

If its a 1/4" spacer, you should have enough stud threads to attach the spacer. Anything over 1/4", and you need longer studs.

I have the 1/4" spacers with my lift.

They do come with longer studs. You'll need a spring compressor in order to change the studs out.
