we have a car lot a garage and other things but we sat it on our car lot as a car sold by private seller. the only use of the garage was to do the paper work. everything was fine when i sold it. HE EVEN TOOK IT TO A GARAGE THAT SAID THE TRUCK WAS FINE WHICH WAS ONE OF HIS DECIDING FACTORS. the whole thing is buyers remorse cause he don't wanna pay for it anymore.

thats like buying a big mac from mcdonalds and eating all but one bite and taking it back and demanding a refund..... i dont honestly see what he thinks he is going to get out of this.... even if he does win he is going to lose.... his lawyer bill is going to be more than he wins.... and then he is going to end up right back into court with his lawyer on the other side of the courtroom

i suppose i should take my toyota back to the dealership because of all the shit that was wrong with it... no joke it was a deathtrap... the cab wasnt even bolted down, the seats only had a couple bolts in them, all the shocks were blown out, and the rear leafs were so long that the suspension had absolutley no travel what so ever.... not to mention the speedometer and odometer dont work... oh and they advertised it as a tacoma not a pretaco(pickup)... hell its been almost 2 years..... now... but i swear to god if he wins this case against you im going after my dealership.....

I hope you aren't taking that serious, cause I am laughing at that. Asshat must be out of his god forsaken mind. Did you find out who his lawyer is yet?

this guy really screwed up... imo... i hope he dosent decide to go wheeling and get stuck....
wouldnt that be great??? you would be out on a trail and come upon him barried in a mud pit.... and you just drive around him laughing.... sounds like he lost the opportunity to have a good friend.... or at the least somone to save him in a bad situation....

i personally would help somone out that i didnt know before i helped a little fagbag like him

This is precisely why we need to have a legal system that allows anyone to sue, but if you lose, YOU PAY. The person filing the lawsuit has to be at risk, otherwise the legal system becomes abused and misused, which ours is. Lawyers certainly have no vested interest in changing it until they also are held liable if their client doesn't pay the legal fees of opposing counsel. As it is, the court system is a country club for attorneys.

Seriously, now it's gonna cost more for him to try and get you to pay for it than just learning how to do it and doing it himself.

Folks, it may not be costing this guy anything. There are c88cks**king lawyers that will take this kind of sh*t on based on a commission. These are the lowest form of the human species. In fact, they are not human, they are sub-human.
