    if i were you i wouldn't wait for the decision. i would go ahead and follow khaos's advice and start a counter suit now. that may make him change his mind about being a dumb ass.

    even if he wasn't abusing it he doesn't have a case. when you buy a used vehicle, especially one with that many miles and years on it, you can't sue unless the problems were intentionally caused by you to harm him.
