getting sued....

i don't know either its pretty simple hes a retard and has nothing so why cant they just end this and make it easy on me. but now hes wanting to make it personal so i might just have to sue for everything....pain suffering loss of time and wages devaluation etc etc.

 

right i would like to. but this family is sue happy i guess his moms sued like five times now so i know if a do anything its just an advantage to him you know?

dude, thats bullshit. i'm so pissed off and it's not even happening to me! seriously, if you wanna move somewhere cool, move to switzerland. i know that sounds gay, but they are one of the most conservative countries in teh world and have more guns per capita than America. if i leave the country thats where i'm going.... plus all the chicks there are smoking hot! this shit wouldn't fly over there

 

alright dude, listen up. you know what i hate? i hate in a movie, when the good guy finally corners the bad guy. he beats the bad guy then holds the gun to his head.... waits.... then says something like "you're not even worth the bullet" or "if i shoot you i'll be no better than you" and they either let the bad guy live or the bad guy lunges and the good guy is forced to shoot. i like movies where the bad guy does something terrible, then the good guy exacts vengeance and kills the piece of shit (if you dont know what i'm talking about watch "punisher", "v for vendetta", boondock saints, etc...) now i'm not saying to shoot him, but you need to "stoop to his level" and counter sue the shit out of him, even though you dont want to. i know you want to take the high ground but trust me, people like him dont understand until they are given a dose of their own medicine. dont sue him for court costs, sue him for everything you can!

ask your lawyer if you have to wait for the trial to be over to claim a countersuit. i have heard of people being sued, then immediately turning around with a countersuit. see if thats an option. go ahead and try to sue him before he can react

that was another thing we inspected a week before it went on a lot so it was good for a good bit. and when he bought it he wanted a new sticker but that was the max you could do so thats another part of his reasoning i ripped him off. what he want me to do peel it off and put the same bitch right back on him.
