    actually, as a tax payer you are. but then...your income is paid by other tax payers...usually through property taxes...however, if you don't own property...you really are not paying, but then again...you probably pay fed taxes...and the fed supports the states who support the counties/cities...but, your income again is paid from taxes...

    oh crap I'm speaking in circles. :rofl:

    at the time i posted this...i was living outside of my jurisdiction...and in a different county...i also only pay approx $200/year in property taxes...and not much more in income taxes...

    sooo...not really
