    The current picture are the cut!
    Look at your truck and see how far down it goes. It’s much nicer cut.

    Don’t measure, just start cutting. You can use anything if you try hard enough.

    I used an oscillating saw (AKA multi tool/Fein tool) it cut easily and by putting the blade perpendicular to the body of the tool it was very easy to guide it.

    Phooey. I don't have one of those.

    Did you put tape where you wanted to cut?

    A razor knife will do it.
    Or a cut off wheel / grinder with a cut off wheel blade.

    If you do an aggressive cut you’ll have to remove a bracket or cut one off from the aluminum crash bar.

    Yep. Tag in @TacomaDad18 he cut mine the first time.
    He put tape on, eyed it so they were both even. And then cut.

    Yeah, almost anything will cut it. Just use a tool you're comfortable with and take your time.

    I used painter's tape and just eyeballed it.

    Yikes. I have a little OCD when it comes to evenness. I don't know if I could to it...

    Measure 7 times, slam a beer.

    Angle grinder.

    Seriously though, Cut my front off, cut for my rear, drilled 12 holes in my roof, and most recently cut the fenders for 35's.
    Measure, use "land marks" as guides, tape it alot, retape, cut long as you can always take off more......it's not a huge deal but I hear ya.

    I use my dremel a lot as it's easier to control.......it's all good. :thumbsup:

    Obligitory......:sawzall::itllbuffout:
