actually i really would love to have that costume, i would wear it to parties all the time. i would be known as the hammered hot dog

actually, is there any way you could type an accent? or maybe write it while wearing a sombrero? i like my cultural stereotypes to be REALLY stereotypical :)

For example, whenever sawdust writes he wears a 10 gallon hat and boots with spurs and i imagine instead of a chair he just has a saddle set up in front of his computer

Invite her over for dinner. Then offer to watch a movie, have some sex, the normal first date stuff.

I live near Columbia, and I'd like to make a couple of comments.

    1. Yes, all the strip clubs here suck. They're all really nasty, and you'd probably get shot by a lawyer if you go (local lawyer shot one up not too long ago).

    2. There is a batting cage at the fun park you mentioned. At least there was one there about a year ago. On that note, that fun park is actually kind of fun (with the putt putt and laser tag).

    3. I disagree that there's nothing to do here except drink. You could go to the River Walk and walk up and down at sunset (pretty nice). You could go to the lake at sunset (from the middle of the dam, it's also pretty nice on a nice day - there's now a walkway the whole way across). You could go canoing in the Congaree/Saluda/Broad Rivers. You could do a picnic at Saluda Shoals Park (or in Finlay Park, for that matter). The aforementioned fun park is a good time. I'm sure I'm leaving something out, but even if I'm not, drinking isn't all there is to do here.

    :steps down off soapbox:

Columbia is what you make of it. You can have fun here, but you do have to try a little harder than in some places. At least it's not Clemson!

Hey! you got some nerve! you're telling me that you would rather be in a crime ridden cesspool, with no shade, breeze or hills than a beautiful foothills campus surrounded by Clemson owned forests, trails, farmland, state botanical gardens with almost no crime? you sir, are a fool
