I vote for the fun park; it will help avoid awkward moments, and will give you topics of conversation if necessary. Unlike the drooling horndogs who make up the majority of this post, I would avoid sex if you actually want to see her again for sebsequent dates, do not, however, avoid kissing her if she seems receptive. Otherwise, she'll just spend the rest of the night wondering what she did wrong. It's a fine line. Also be good because you work with her, and even if you don't go out with her again, you will still have to work with her.

even though i may catch some flack from the other male members, i agree with Charli on this one, nothing says "short term" like immediate sex. if you actually like her you definately need to wait. i do however, disagree with Charli about the kiss.... dont just kiss her if she is receptive, kiss her NO MATTER WHAT, even if its clear she hates you. hell, she pretty much has to, you have a badge and handcuffs. Nothing makes a girl fall for you harder than if you force her to kiss you, even if you have onion breath...
