Ok may I ask more about the power sliding rear glass? I did a Amazon search and I don’t see it unless another model truck uses the same glass?

You clearly said you have 15 inch rim so not quite sure why people were telling you to do the tundra brake upgrade. Unless you were wanting to go up to 16 or 17‘s then this would be a option. When I ran 15‘s the best thing I found was to put on good quality drilled and slotted rotors and brake pads. As far as swapping out the rear drums to disc brakes with the overall cost and work to do that I don’t see it being that much of a benefit. Front brakes did the majority of stopping power on these trucks I would focus on putting your time and money into that .

I did this over the weekend using electrical tape to make it snug. Love how it updates the dash.

Lockers. Eaton TrueTrac or Eaton eLockers. The TrueTrac is not a selectable locker, it is a geared, torsion-sensing limited slip, that is transparent to the driver but very effective (turns on and off automatically in the background), except for the most extreme offroading/rock crawling (even then there are techniques to make it work). Life-long maintenance-free as it does not have clutches to wear out. Rear axle will suffice, most likely.

    Quality head unit, quality speakers.

Honda Odyssey nozzles for windscreen washer,

    Flush all fluids.

Check out my build thread for more details.

I've since upgraded to @nzbrock 's Magsafe mount. It seems vastly superior to that Etsy one (no offense, please). The charging cord is full hidden behind the dash and this thing is very tight fitting... no squeaking/movement whatsoever, even off road.

    1) LPSV delete.
    2) Tundra brake upgrade.
    3) Built my own front bumper because I didn't want to spend $1,000 on something that isn't quite what I want.
    4) 4XInnovations skid plates, the stock ones are a joke.

I don’t know about the “best” but definitely ones I’m glad I got (and will have shortly)

    1. Koyo radiator - people talk about the 3RZ overheating and blowing heads but tend to forget how gummed up and shitty the OEM radiators can get.

    2. 4x innovations skid. Super beefy, comes bare (painted myself) and adds weight to the front of my truck which I actually wanted since stock regular cab coils are 450-500lb and these 6112s are 600lb so was very stiff. Covers corner of my precious Koyo radiator too.

    3. Softopper - no leaks through car washes all the time, rain storms, snow, etc. Far surpassed my expectations. Comfy to sleep in the bed camping too.

    4. LCE header - coming soon, I’ll report on low end torque gains
