    No more sound/vibs. $200 mistake and lesson learned :D Had to have 6 wheel studs and lug nuts.

    I forgot that while I was chasing the sound/vib, I ordered new spicer u-joints. Got an email they'll be here tomorrow :rofl:

    I got under the truck and my u-joints are fine(no grease splatter, play, and are still intact), so I may just keep these as spares.

    If you've lifted, you might need to shim the carrier bearing for vibes or it could be shot from age. crawl under and give er a tug and see how much play is at the bearing. If none, then could be other things like the needle bearing in the front diff.

    It was a stupid mistake. I swear I remember tightening them, I was just super tired and apparently got careless. Lesson learned :rofl:

    I order a ball joint kit for the camp trailer build, but it will also be used to replace the u-joints whenever I get around to them :D
