I did. My job started asking if we had any "extreme activities" during our yearly health screenings. I just knew it was gonna raise my premiums. They asked 2 years in a row and haven't since. I never should have sold it. I just knew if I lied and didn't tell them, I'd wreck end up at work(I work in an ER) and then they'd cancel my insurance. My insurance supplies all of my diabetic supplies at no out of pocket cost.....so that's the most important thing for me.

I had that DRZ just about where I wanted it. I had put a rear rack, foot pegs, handlebars, tank, speedo/dash, and a few other things on it. It ran like a top. I was real salty for a few years after selling  I'm really enjoying the Honda, so I suppose it all worked out in the end.

In all honesty, the Rally looks  I also wanted to try fuel injection........although I never had issues with the carb on the DRZ.....or any carb to be exact.

The only thing that someone would really need to replace is the suspension. It's honestly a little soft. It's fine for service roads and light trails(all I really plan on), but I damn sure wouldn't get on single track. I'm too old for that now anyways

Hot damn! No debt from it, and two happy daughters. That’s a win in my book

Sidebar: I picked up this air gauge a year ago and love it. On/off button, Backlit and changeable from Psi/Kpa/Bar. The hose is something like 14 inches long with an angled head. Freaking thing is great to use at night time. No flashlight in the mouth anymore. Got it from Harbor Freight, $30. I think

Went ahead and got the first drop out of the way  I'm short, so I can only go one foot, or two on tip toes. I was turning left out of a parking spot and I kicked it a bit too far left. The bike started to lean, went to put my left foot down....and into a pot hole it went....bike down, bike down!!!! Broke the clutch lever and scrapped the bar end. Both of which were on the list to replace(shorty levers and handguards). I went ahead and ordered the levers this morning.

Haha. It’s gonna happen. Now it’s outta the way.

I dropped one 30 years ago in the dealership parking lot. Loose deep gravel. The guy looked at me all funny, I said I guess I’m buying this one. He laughed and said sure, why not.

Surprisingly, the plastics didn't get touched. It is what it is. I planned to replace the stuff anyway.....so it doesn't really count right?
