Looking good! The single seat dirt bike style is legit! Prob way easier to move around in the saddle!

 

Just squeezed in a last minute ride since it’s about to rain buckets here in Los Angeles. This is off mulholland hwy near PCH.

 

Found a mesh jacket on fb for $60, still smells new. I don't really think I'll be racing anywhere on the Rally though

 

I ordered a new airbox lid and snorkel. Just need the ECU, exhaust, Rally Raid suspension, and luggage.....then it should be done

 

I've been following a thread on ADV about turn signals. Just got a notification they go live March 28th. They are only making 1000 sets the first run, hope to get my hands on 2 sets.

Those look promising.

 

They seem to have really done their "leg work". They got all the certs to have them road legal in European countries, but not DOT rated. We don't have inspections here, so I'm gonna do it

I made some similar awhile ago on my 690 before I went flush. My buddies used to slap them as we passed each other on the trail!

 

I'm hoping they aren't priced out of my range.

 

One of the NP's I work with bought the same bike. I actually went and grabbed it for him. We were shooting the shit at work yesterday, so he ordered the 550 Performance airbox lid, snorkel, ECU, and BW exhaust.

I'm 97% sure I'm gonna get the same exhaust too.

Last month, I went ahead and got myself a22 Kawasaki KLX 300sm, 1000 miles from a motorcycle dealer nearby. It looks and works like a brand new bike, with a few mods done by previous owner. With a little bargaining saved at least $2500 over a new one. Drove on highway very fast and solid bike bike.

I was able to grab mine used with 600ish miles for $1600 less than what the dealer wanted. It also had a few mods done
