Hi, Im Mark and I have owned many Yotas incuding
85 4x4 short bed single cab 5 speed on 33'' BFG's with 4'' shackles Air Ride and ranchos+ Energy suspention master kit whole truck painted Por15. I let that truck sit for a while when I got my Tacoma last year.
I had a 79 and 80 both solid front axles but just beat runners nothing spectacular. My Dad had a 79 growing up with Dooly's 22R and 5 speed with a massive Crazy extra cab he still has, kind of strange.

I now have a Tacoma and did what I could with it. I still want a front bumper winch, rock guards, supercharger and a obd2 tuning device.
I am also consittering headers and a Bigger TB and spacer. A locker up front someday and I want to use T100 CV's up front if I dont use A solid front axle " I like Rack and pinion" This is a daily mostly and I want to be
able to tow the boat/car and still load motorcycles in it but go almost anywhere at the same time. Thats why I didn't do a bigger lift, and I have a habbit of cornering at speed.

Thanks you guys, My Old lady is out of town for a few weeks for a family thing and I have been thinking about supercharging very soon instead of going with lower gears. I have 4:11 just a little lower than stock but with the 33'' tires it is actually higher geared so when im climbing I end up using 2nd low and when I tow I have to bag the clutch and its a pretty stif one to ride, I can smell it when Im going through rock gardens.

    HKSsale007_cc796238fa6aea92c296e7dd30b079cf60e69310.jpg

I have many turbo parts cause my racecar has been through many changes.
If I had the 2.7 4 banger well I do but its sixed and not in the truck,it would be turbocharged. But low end torque is what I am going for. I want the torque of a small chevy in My 3500lbs truck and it will happen sooner than you would think. So if anyone wants to sell things related to this PM and thanks. I love getting air in my Tacoma with the YZ in the back, and I love Drifting in the rain flexed out with the posi surprizing me like wow?
This is not the 240? Should I be doing this?
The first thinh I need is a obd2 port based tunuing device like a power jet or somthing to help me correct my AFR's so I can have it run right and get better milage. I also am getting rid of the A/C pump

I would like to run 10psi what pully would I need? and I am sure the 370cc injectors will be fine for that.
Would you guys recomend getting a used supercharger for $1000 and piecing it together or should I fab up an M90 and make it fit? or fork the 3g's "wont happen soon" and plug and play?

I know the ring and pinion in the tacoma and 4runner can be the same on the 8'' even though one used leaf other coil spring. I have seen 4runners with disc brake and the Sheriff Tacoma's in my area have disk in rear.
They are 2nd gen and I am first but is there a OE disk brake that will fit the rear?

Thats funny cause I have MDX rotors on the rear of my 240
    they are 12.33''
I think a throttlebody spacer will not help low RPM's at least somones reading. So I wont do that it was just a thought.

As far as a programmer please dont try to talk me out of somthing just cause you dont know about it or how to tune. But thanks.
When you install bigger injectors or run more boost a reflash is needed or a piggyback or somthing. At this point since Im not going to run enough boost to need to back off timing maps Ill just use my SAFC-II I used to use on my rececar, If I have to . I would rather get one that plugs into the OBD2 port but if I have to look up the ECU pinout to wire my piggyback in oh well.

The reason I use poly not rubber is cause I need a stable truck that flexis
    when I need it .
The reason I got the add a leaf is for more payload and lift of corse.
This is a daily street driven Tacoma that I would like to keep drivable on the street and I hope it still passes smog.
The truck runs with the 370cc injectors but I want to get a gain not just suck more fuel and run richer. The ECU doesn't know what to do with them, thats why I need somthing to adjust air/fuel ratio. I have a wideband from AEM in it and the Idle is 13-12 (Not good for a daily) I hardly rev past 4000 and normal driving is 1800-2400RPM for my daily grind speed limit style. I just want to be ready when It comes time for a smaller pully and all that fun stuff for the future setup. I dont need any more high end just low. Thats why I want the TRD supercharger so bad.
I just got a smooth rollpan for the rear and its gunna be Por15 also. The new tow hitch is stout as can be. I got it at union Rubber.

then you will need some things from this list: http://www.urdusa.com/index.php?cPath=66_72&osCsid=3t3g1fjrimm7rcajau3dpqsci2

You have to actually tap into the ECU harness, it will not allow a program from the obd2. You can buy a bullydog programmer for $800 and try it, and good luck. You will need it.

I'm all for reprogramming your engine, but the way you want to do it won't work.

Well I replaced my SAFC-II with a full standalone on my Driftcar so I dont want it to go to waste. I know it helps air flow and wont cost me an arm and a leg.
It can work OK if you know how to wire it up right. Anyone know if the pinout on 96 is the same till 04. I havn't seen anything different I needed so far but one of the knock wires it just loose.?

So I have not boosted it yet, But I got a TRD supercharger on E-bay for about $900. I had no idia before but I dont need a WG or BOV. It is all a part of the kit. The supercharger is used and I need a bracket pully and
maybe some other stuff I dont know about. I am in the looks for a ARB/or any aftermarket front bumper so If you got one you will let go for a good price LMK. I am also building rock guards out of 2// square tube.

When it comes time to get tires again (right now Im using 33x12.5x15x8 Sport King's I am a Toyo guy and EX sales rep, so the Toyo open **** MT in the same size will be the one. My tires have been rubbing on the frame rail up front so I might try lifting it more, but I will need somthing like the procomp lift so I can stop tearing inner CV boots instantly.

I just ordered 4 1'' wheel spacers and if it doesn't solve it I am in the looks for upper controll arms.
