    Hey guys,

Long time lurker here, I've had my truck about a year and its time to start some modifications.

Come along for the ride and feel free to offer advise, remember its my party and I'll do what the hell I want. :anonymous:

Why Gladdass you might ask, actually you probably won't ask, but but dammit I'm going to tell ya. So just sit down and listen. It all started when I bought the truck from my grandpa, he always called the truck Gladys, the man always names all his trucks. But anyway, I always said Glad-ass and held the ass part out real long to bother my girlfriend at the time. She started to call the truck happy butt, so Gladass or old happy butt take your pick. But anyways, this one time she got so mad at me for missing some stupid event or something like that she called me and said " I don't want to see you or that stupid truck again!" So naturally said "You mean Glad-aaaaasssssss?" and that was the end of me and her.

But, I still have ol happy butt and a truck is all you really need.

First thing I did when I got the truck was install a CB radio, and Stereo. Mine is a bit different than the typical install in the ash tray, but I like it.

Tonight I bought some tires off a buddy and will be getting them mounted tomorrow.

I bought this truck form my grandpa and I honestly don't know what is on it right now. The tires i bought are some 32" Falken Rocky Mountains. As soon as i have some money I think I'm going to do the same as you with the Old Man Emu lift. Nice looking truck by the way. I've creeped your build before.

How do you like that CB radio? Are the voices clear? I have the same one and I'm thinking its just my antenna

Its been pretty good so far, I have to fiddle with it always to get it just right. I use a fire-stick II (http://goo.gl/475YvQ). I break my ground on my antenna all the time, so I have to work out something better. Honestly I just have the CB to yell at bad drivers and girls with the PA.:D
