I knew ordering from galssworks would be a pain in the ass. I have herd the stories, but i decided to anyways. Well its been almost 2 months and still no fenders. I have talked to them 2 or 3 times and they always say they will be there in a day or two.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for the past 2 weeks and can not. Im about to have my credit card company take my money back.

I have emailed and called like 100 times over the past 2 weeks without success.

Grrr. I want the fenders so I can order my LT kit. They are holding me up.

that's pretty shitty to hear. I've read the stories too. Mine only took two weeks, but I also picked mine up from the shop.

    Camburg long travel, full glass,
I had the same experience I ordered through a shop and They we're to be "delivered" by Tim. Needless to say a month later and 8-10 proposed delivery days nothing so we cancelled the order. Was gonna use fiberwerx but they rubbed me the wrong way so I called glassworks and ended up driving to them and picked up front and rears for cheaper then they quoted me over the phone..... Weird business practices but there stuff fits so well, that prolly dosnt help at all but don't be afraid to cancel if u are not happy.

I've had problems with Tim before.

Go through Kartek Offroad. I had their manager get a hold of Tim for my parts

I canceled my order from him after weeks of bullshit and lies over the phone.

Called Hannemann Fiberglass and had them shipped hours after my order!

Fuck Glassworks, he'll say anything on the phone to get you wait, I had to call 10 times and send harsh emails before I even got a response back.

He even found a cheaper company than UPS to ship through, called me back with a tracking number and saved me over 100 dollars off my shipping cost.

Really great service at Hanneman, the fenders fit great even got my corners in with a little sanding. No complaints.

Maybe I will look into Hanneman. I just wanted Glassworks because everyone including Camburg said they are the best fit. I Asked Camburg if they could order them for me, but they said they could not. Who all sells Glassworks fenders?

If he's got fenders in stock why is anyone waiting for them ? And if someone shows up at the shop and walks away with a set,it's no wonder he's backordered.

He doesn't seem to do to bad with local customers, but I've heard a ton of complaints from people who needed them shipped.

It's fine if he's behind, but don't tell me they're shipping the next day and then don't repsond to emails or calls for the next two weeks. lol

He's a geniune douchebag, that's no way to run a business.

i went through a third party and i would recommend doing the same; sadly, most of the third party sellers i know of have dropped their ties with glassworks solely because of their poor customer service.

    buy fiberwerx or hanneman IMO

Looks like I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. I will call Glassworks 25 times tomorrow before I do to give them one last shot.
