    Although I'm a huge fan of my s&w 357
And not so much of clock 10.
The 10 is expensive and a little much for myself which is weird because I'm more accurate with the 357.
Idk maybe go rent and try both.

Is your P938 picky with ammo? Specifically defensive loads or 147s. I had a heck of a time hunting for defensive loads that would work reliably.

I own a Shield and had an opportunity to shoot my friends 43. If I had known about the 43 before I bought my Shield, I would have bought the 43. Dimensionally, the 43 and the Shield are almost the same. I have extra capacity 7+1 magazines for my Shield, not sure if there are any extra capacity magazines for the 43, are there?

Other than mag capacity I mentioned above, I don’t think you can go wrong with a 43.

I've not had any issues with ammo. But, I'm not shooting 147's. I'm running the cheap Winchester 115g for the range and Hornady Critical Defense, also in 115g for when I carry. Being so compact, I wouldn't call it a fun gun to shoot all the time, so I'm not putting a ton of rounds through it - just enough to remain proficient.

I save the 147 for my VP9 or my 226.

I've owned both. Sold the 340 a few months back. I bought it as a pocket gun before the G43 came out. I prefer IWB carry, so the G43 won hands down. More capacity, easier to carry a reload or two. Not to mention much easier to reload if the time ever comes when I need it. Follow-up shots most definitely easier with the G43, especially if you happened to shoot .357 through the 340. Small hand cannon for sure. G43 is a very nice shooter. I am as accurate with it as I am my G19, so it is the true winner.

I second this. If I didn't live in CA. I'd get this in a heartbeat.

Got a G43...traded for 340. Happy. Something special about the Smith. The bite, with +p 38's is no biggie. Mirrors my 642 from the past.
