Anyone got a spare g19 gen 3 trigger housing with 9mm ejector the want to sell me?
I have a g23 one for trade too if you are planning on using a g19 frame with a 40 conversion barrel or 40 slide.

FYI:The G23 frame will eject the 9mm cases just fine. I put a 9mm conversion barrel in a G22 and use the .40 mags too without any problems

That's what i've read also, but I figured I'd just try to get a 9mm one also, esp if someone is doing a 40 conversion to a g19 and would want to use the g23 housing for both.

Morn all, was wondering if anyone here has tried the Vulcan (or any other recommendations) gun mount system in a Gen3 Tacoma, with a G19 Gen 3....
My gen 3 taco obviously has a plastic housing case under the steering wheel, so seems like it would need to be screwed or mounted properly. I don't see how it could be magnetically mounted.

Pretty tired of G19 banging around in the door cup holder. And I am not left handed to there is that too...

If you ever plan to get wet okole seat covers, there is a pistol pouch that can be added to them when ordering. It's located right in the middle between your lefts and hangs down.

I have not used the Vulcan system, however I have an alternative suggestion you may be interested in.

The Quick Locking System from Safariland - https://safariland.com/collections/holster-attachments/products/quick-locking-system-kit-23136

It is a system designed for competition, but works great in a truck. Mount the receiver piece under the steering column, and mount the hook piece to a holster (of course, they make an assortment of holsters that work with this.) Even though I am right-handed, I mounted a left-handed holster - that way, it holds the gun with the butt/magazine port facing to the right. As I sweep my right hand to the left, I just pick up the gun. It works great.

I'm sure there are other systems/ideas out there, but this one works great (for me).

That looks like it will keep the gun well hidden - at the expense of a fast draw.

    Always tradeoffs...

Yeah that is the down side. I got the wet Okole 2nd hand for super cheap so it was more of an added bonus they had the pouch. I will need to fund a better solution though

i just keep my G19 in my appendix holster. T-Rex arms side car to be exact. I am always concerned by a truck mount. Forgetting the weapon in the vehicle or someone seeing me reholster.

    just my 2 cents worth.

I stopped carrying my 19 in my glove box for that reason. I left it too many times and it was a pain every time I got out and had to holster in a busy parking lot. Now I only throw it in there if I'm camping/wheeling.

Just enough to look kinda cool.
And from my personal experience you’ll think oh I’m just guna be out of the truck for a moment when something does happen. Got hit by a car and carried 8 blocks away from my tow truck. Thankfully I only carry on myself so I had that option.

Love the 7a size. I'm gonna change over to the high switch though.

Any recommendations for adding an optic cut into my slide? Looking at Jagerwerks as of now but open to suggestions. Not really looking for fancy slide milling just the optic cut and possible refinishing if I can have the shop do it in one go.

If you're on Reddit, their's a guy in GAFS that does it and comes highly recommended among the community if you don't want to go with one of the big names online.
