As it sits 1100, trust me you’d be better off getting new. It’s got a lot of “stuff” on it. But it’d be a belt ready setup minus feedin seeds.

G48/G43X or a 43 with a pinky extension on the mag.

I know this is the Glock thread but a Sig P365XL might also be worth checking out. I came very close to buying one even thought I'm almost exclusively Glock with my handguns.

Would they still do the BG check if you have a carry permit? They don't here in GA (or at least the places I go) if you have your carry permit.

All of Georgia uses the carry permit as a substitute/replacement for the NICS check.

That's what I thought also. Guess I just assume other states do the same.. Guess I'm also assuming @gixxerphil has a carry permit.

Laws vary between states. Red states, mostly - blue states, not on your life.

But, as a resident of Georgia, you can only buy handguns through an FFL in Georgia. Some states recognize other state's permit to allow for purchase - I don't know if anyone recognizes Georgia's permit. No one used to, but that was before the permit system was revamped.

Long guns are easier to purchase out of state.

Some of our Sherriff's decided to let some folks get a permit without doing a bg, so we can no longer use our CCW as a bg........and the crooks didn't even get charged.

Actions like this have been part of the problems with the system for years. :(

Thing is, they won't release the names of the Sherriffs that fucked up. Rumor has it that 25% of the CCW's in one county were given to folks that wouldn't be able to pass a bg. They can spend the CCW revenue any way they see fit.......I believe one got caught buying a vacation beach house

My primary carry is a G19 with Red Dot in appendix. my primary back up is a Sig 365 xl. I shoot the Sig actually better than the G19. Not sure why, perhaps grip angle...........the Glock i work at like it's a job.

    Still love it.
Check the 365XL if oyu can find one to shoot before you buy it.

I have always kept my Glocks stock other than night sights b/c they just work. With this one, I kinda want to make it look cool too. I just bought a Swampfox Liberator mini and Kingslayer. If I like those, I'll order a Sentinel for this.

Heck ya, I don’t like leaving them stock for to long but I never mess with the internals other than a polishing and maritime cups.
Barrel eh I got a great deal on the setup with comp.
