Seems like any backpack that has a sleeve that can fit a 15" laptop should work.

I've used my panel in a VertxEDC Gamut, 5.11 Rush 72, Blackhawk and Maxpedition attaches, a Swiss Gear mobile office, and it currently resides in a Camelback Urban Assault. I've only had TSA question it once.

At one point Vertx was working on panels to fit each of their bags specifically but I dunno if they ever released them...I like their sling bags and I use their laptop bag at work

Their bags are lined with loop so velcro everywhere to hold mags and holsters etc

Idk man. Look at the possibility of you getting into an close engagement with this backpack on your back. Most are over in a matter of seconds, more than likely you aren’t going to have time to rotate the backpack to your front. For an active shooter scenario look at the weapons almost all of em have used, that soft armor will be useless. Spend that $175 on training/ammo

Not to hate on the boys in blue (my dad was a LEO for 20 years, military and civilian), but in many cases, the innocent bystanders have the biggest bullseye when the cavalry shows up. First example that comes to mind was 8-9 people shot outside of the Empire State Building several years ago. BG shot someone, NYPD showed up and shot the rest trying to subdue the original shooter (IIRC, they fired 40+ rounds and didn't hit the BG once). Second example (and it's more of a hot button topic) was the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando. Active shooter opens up with a Sig MPX. Off duty officer working security at the door calls it in, patrol officers arrive on scene and engage in a gun battle with the shooter while he is in the back of the nightclub and they are at the front door. 911 calls from victims indicate that they are being shot from the front and the back of the club. After initial response, it was a 3-4 hour standoff. Fifty killed, 49 wounded (some shot 10 or more times). Total round count - 210 rounds fired, 110 attributed to Mateen (the shooter), the remainder attributed to the officers that responded initially and SWAT at the end of the stand off. Only 8 rounds fired by police were accounted for - the ones that took out the shooter. That leaves roughly 90 rounds fired that were never accounted for.

Again, not to bash the boys in blue, but I like the idea of having a kevlar panel on my back (or generally at my disposal) if shit goes sideways.

Lol.... :D I was also told by a Glock rep last week there could be some USA versions soon.

I see one of these in my future after I get a CZ Scorpion EVO with faux suppresser

Soooo I heard these aren't gonna be a regular production model, and they're going to test other combos but the current 19x configuration is very limited quantity

No proof but that was the word from one of the blue label dealers
