    I was just curious about the finish on the slide as this a new coating from what I am told from a Glock rep my G19 Gen 3 slide looks better with over 3.5K plus rounds down the pipe and its my EDC.....

    I am just curious as to how these new coatings are going to stand up with the regs in place and I am told that Nickle Boron may have chemical properties changed as well.

    Glock has had some rock solid coatings on the slides over the years but have changed them up a little over the years...

    I use a hill people gear chest pack. I can put my handgun, snacks and little things i want quick access to in it. Works great!

    I think if I was backpacking this is what I would use. If I get back to AK soon, I’ll be taking a Gunfighter Kenai chest rig. Parts of Denali are not gun friendly even if they are legal in the park. A Kenai looks like it could be carried under a jacket pretty easily.
