All factory in my Poly80 and Shield. Im looking into the sights for my Shield and then a trigger. My Poly80 has a dead trigger right now. I am not sure why. I have checked EVERYTHING! trigger spring is right, filed off the burr on the rear block, filed down the rear rims to let the slide sit just a tad lower, pulled barrel, recoil spring and mag and looked through the mag well as the safety plunger cam in contact with the trigger bar, the trigger bar gets pushed to the side and the plunger slides right past instead of pushing the bar back to reset the trigger....

    I am at a loss....

Yeah, I’m looking pretty hard at the G45 for all those reasons too!

What was the BL pricing options on the G45? You can pm if you don’t want to post it. I looked for a new list this afternoon, but couldn’t find it and haven’t emailed glock yet.

Pardon my ignorance, I normally keep up with Glock better. But what’s the diffence between the 19x and the G45? All I saw was color and groves on the front of the slide. Am I missing something else?

G45 mags will not fit in 19x, 19x mags will fit in G45. 19x has a lip on the front of the grip that hits the extended floor plate on the Gen 5 mags. G45 has a beveled mag well.

The 19x also have a frame/grip size as a full size 17. So it’s like a full size 19 but with same barrel length.

I'll stick with my gen 4. I've been shooting glocks for a long time and never missed the slide serrations before. Plus I would have to change a lot of magazines over if I went gen 5.

So a question for the long time glock guys.

I have a Gen 5 G17 and want to get a few additional magazines. I keep 3 loaded with SD ammk and want 3 three for the range.

I just got an add for Magpul Glock 17 magazines.

Anyone have any experience or feedback on these?

Also note I currently reside in Kommiefornia, so they must have a reduced capacity not to exceed 10 rounds.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
If you can afford it then get OEM Glock mags.

I run a lot of the magpul mags...have had zero issues since their release

I would say they're easily as good as OEM mags

I have just about as many Magpul mags as I do original Glock mags and I have had zero problems with them.

The range where I used to work used the Magpul mags for our Silencerco Maxim 9. The lip would eventually wear out and double feed. We didn't track number of rounds so I don't know what the count was and, again, it wasn't in a Glock.

When we were asked this question in the shop we'd generally tell people they're good for target shooting but wouldn't recommend for carry or competition.

@Old Marine Cal You can also google ETS Mags. I have a few of these to and they work real well. As stated above ^^^^ I also use my OEM Glock mags for EDC and I use the magpul for the range.

Magpul is great. Use them for IDPA. No problems.

In the never ending quest of magazine acquisition, I recently acquired several from a new source - https://www.cdnnsports.com/
They sell magazines from multiple manufactures - I purchased Glock brand mags.

I saw their ad, checked their site, and decided to give them a try. The mags I received are Glock mags, just without the factory packaging. I assume they buy in bulk to resell at low prices.

The brands on sale tend to rotate every couple of weeks. I used these mags over the weekend, and they worked flawlessly, just like all my Glock mags.

NOTE: I have no connection with this company. Just passing on what I think is a viable source of magazines.

CDNN is a garbage company and should be boycotted. They canceled orders and jacked up prices during sandyhook and other episodes. I'd pay twice as much for something before I bought anything from those loosers.
