    I was in the same boat. My store had the 45 MOS on sale for less than the 19x with night sights so I couldn’t pass the opportunity. Besides, I already have an FDE Glock in 40cal and it’s easier to avoid confusion this way.

    I agree that's why I am waiting until winter. I am now EDC the G19 in the post #2001 above. For the summer.

    Just saw this thread. I carry a Glock 23 with Trijicon nite sights and plug in the grip. havnt modified it as it is a carry gun and lawyers feed on mods if you ever need to use it for protection. will read back pages to catch up,nice thread!!D54270F7-D478-4FA0-839E-AD61B63A7F13.jpg

    GlockStore has an insane markup for the Tiff cerakote, but luckily there's a lot of aftermarket support for the color. Baseplates and I think trigger and roll pins/ slide lock if you were so inclined.

    Well, start by not calling it a girl gun. I out-shoot just about everyone Ive taken to the range who thought they were badasses and were going to 'teach you how to shoot, cuz youre a girl.' Hell, even the old f=&^ at the gun counter... I was the only one there. He asked if I needed to buy a fishing license. Once I had this cutie in my hands, I proceeded to field strip it right there. That shut him up.

    I hate pink anything. this is the closest I'll come to owning anything of the sort. Husband saw it, told me I should go get it. I prefer simple, streamline black, it matches everything and makes a statement. My Benelli SuperNova - black. My Remington 870 - black. Allll the other G's in my family - black. The only ones that are not black are my J frame SW and my pre-64 Winchester.

    Sorry for the rant, I really am. Im just tired of the expectation of how things are gender assigned and how people should act/behave/do based on their genitalia. (Utah has also been very condesending in general towards women and living here has got me ramped up and on edge most of the time.)
