Went for a drive near Moab. Wanted to test the near rear set up in some challenging areas.

The suspension as a whole is really nice. A few minor things I may try in the future. Biggest issue I had from the rear was that everything RUBS. Everywhere... fucking rubbing going on.... I cut back the fender rubbing on the spot but like a dumbass I thought I could hold off on putting the rear wheel spacers on until later ("maybe I won't need them", "maybe the new MTRs will clear a good stuff".....YES, keep repeating that until it's true). Nope, tires rubbing with a couple of inches of wheel travel left.

    Here are a few shots....

Enjoyed reading through this! Nice truck, and great adventure shots!

I'm trying to figure out what the next step is with the PC DB on my truck, and this at least helps me know what my options are.

Do you think you get 9.5-10" of total, vertical wheel travel with your setup up front? Looks like it flexes pretty good! I assume they are extended-travel icons built for the 6" lift?

Mind if I ask what kind of mpg you get?

    Thanks for the info!

    Thanks...

I don't remember my travel numbers it's been so long since I measured the front. As far as MPG goes I get about 13-14 pushing 35's and with all the other added weight and a tent.

LMK if you have any other questions. I'm happy to help.

That's not bad with 35's! I'm running 34" tires with a supercharger and I'm getting about 14.2. Hope to lean it out a little and get better numbers, but we'll see!

Is there anything you'd change about your setup now if you were to do it over with the drop bracket?

    Thanks man!
    Merry Christmas!

LOL...I'd just go LT if I could start over but I really like this set up. It was a lot of work to get it to a place I was happy. It drives on the street nice and off road it performs really well.

A supercharger would be nice! Maybe next year.

Making a few changes in the next few weeks....

Ordered some Clazzio seat covers....Black/Dark Grey with red stitching. Got the seat heaters too. It was -10 degrees last week so I want a warm ass on those days.

Odered a Prinsu Cab Rack as well. I'll be ditching the 50" light bar and getting a 40inch single row for the Prinsu. Adding an ARB awning to the Prinsu too.

Also looking at these expedition trailers local here:

It was in October. The snow photos are from a couple of weeks ago.
