right?!? how nice would it be to not have to be reading the fine print on all of the labels before you commit?

That reminds me of this Sushi place my wife and I went to in Portland last year called Bamboo. Entire menu was GF, so she just went ham and ordered whatever she wanted, she hasn't been able to do that in her adult life ever. https://bamboosushi.com/ They have locations in Portland, Seattle, Denver, Bay Area, and Lake Oswego. It was phenomenal.

Not that I can read Italian, but I probably still would because I’m so used to it.

always wanted to go to Italy. I can sort of read it > write it > speak it > understand what's spoken
but any label in any store. i freakin hate it when a store has a bunch of GF stuff clustered together and I pick up the one thing on the shelf that's "organic" but NOT GF! ITS NOT THE SAME THING!!! why do they try to trick me?!!?

My favorite are the companies that post gluten free and then include *processed in a factory with wheat, etc.*

All of IKEA’s prepackaged stuff is that way.

Yes, cacao pods are naturally gluten free… until they’re cross contaminated.

Basil cherry pie! I’d be ok if I didn’t have to pit cherries again until next year

Nashville Hot Chicken and waffles! And this chicken wasn’t fried - did this on my Weber Kettle grill with charcoal. This was top notch stuff!
