Wrote a new one tonight! White chicken lasagna with spinach and artichokes. I used Barilla again, but I just found out that Tinkyada makes lasagna noodles. Shipping costs are ugh
    :annoyed:

    Barilla > Tinkyada
I like the Barilla lazagna better, the Tinkyada once just fall apart while youre trying to stack everything

boil ahead and there is about a 10 second window to pull them out of the water before they're just mush

Which is weird because their elbows, rotini, and penne are amazing. I still need to science with them for myself

    New one from Aldi.

It's kind of strange that they don't make it more obvious that they're GF but my wife has purchased other things from this brand that was so she looked and it is.

The cheese consistency is quite a bit softer than regular mozzerella and they taste a touch sweeter than my normal sticks but some of that might be from the marinara, too.

Not my thing but like gluten free, if you're vegan and got a hankering for mozzarella style sticks, these would do the job.

Sounds about like what my wife's last batch was. :D

If there's two things this family likes, it's cheese and garlic. There's never too much.

Went out for lunch at Mahana Fresh for our anniversary. Everything on the menu is GF so my wife can go nuts without having to worry.

I got the Big Kahuna Bowl.
