    In case anyone has been missing them in their life, Safeway's O Organics fried onion's are gluten free! And progresso's creamy mushroom soup is, too. Couldn't find the cambell's GF one this year, unfortunately, so had to substitute.

    i've tried a couple of varieties of their soups. now that walmart has them the prices are lower but before i could only find them at our super 1 stores and they were pretty pricy so it wasn't my go to when i wanted soup. i like their chicken and wild rice too.

    The in-laws request that I make my banana bread for Thanksgiving. You know how hard it is to find ripe bananas this time of year??? Probably why the first cornucopia was filled with squash and not plantains or bananas…I will also be working on converting a cranberry orange bread recipe into a gluten free almond flour recipe. I’ll keep you posted. Happy Thanksgiving
