Not a surprise... It's GM. I used to work for them, bought a Silverado because of the employee discount, sold it a year later for a Toyota :sadviolin:

My father just had his new Silverado fixed for this. Said it was a quick fix.

He should have let it burn and purchase a Tacoma or Tundra with the insurance money.

I’d take a seatbelt problem that will only happen if I’m in a good wreck over a differential that leaks, a transmission that shifts poorly and an underpowered engine.

I don't know about that, but just think if you did have the safety belt issue, and it burned you wouldn't have all these other issues to bitch about. :)

LOL he has less than 3000 miles on it and loves it. It really is a nice truck though for real... Every option, came with a real suspension lift, nice big tires and skid plates, power side steps with step lights, and tons of other options. Inside is very nice as well...

But I'll stick with my reliability in Toyota. I wish my 4runner had more technology but other than that I love everything about it.

Just this week a Chevy truck burst into flames, so the guys jumped out and it accelerated into a house and burned the house down.
