Go back to stock with URD AIC/T Calibrator

so I sold my Supercharger along with urd 7th injector Kit with aic/timing controller. My question is how do i go back to stock on the factory ecu? The truck will only run with the calibrator wired in. I zeroed all set points so the calibrator basically isnt doing anything. I just need to figure out how to unchain it from the ecu. I was using the split second r4 tuning software. Anyone have any ideas. thanks

 

Cut it out and put wiring back to stock. Or leave it as is.
