    Hello TacomaWorld,

I do believe the time has come to part with my Go Fast Camper.

    Unit # 491

I picked up the camper at the beginning of this year, brand new directly from GFC, I am the first and only owner.

I am located in SoCal, inland empire to be more exact.

The camper is made for a 2016+ Tacoma short bed, I do believe it’ll fit second gens but that’s up to you to find out.

The camper has all black panels & grey space frame, I added the side tent window which was $350 extra, that’s the only addition I made from GFC.

Pick up only, I will not freight or ship it under any circumstances.

I am asking $7500 firm, picked up.

I will provide pictures & be available for any serious buyers to stop by and take a look at it before purchasing.

I see that this is posted in 3rd gen ...

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/go-fast-camper-for-sale.662871

... but why post in 2nd gen if you do not know for sure it will fit a 2nd gen?

I probably would but I'm on lockdown. If it's still for sale and I'm free to travel then I'll let you know ASAP.

Plenty of people are willing to sell their reservations, so you can skip the line, that how I did it.

Oh nice... Wasn't aware that was an option. How do you like yours? My hang-up here is because it's a bigger investment for the truck, do I keep my 14 tacoma w/ 85k and put one of these on it or do I trade it in for a new one and then invest in all the things I want to do... 1st world problems I know, but these are the things I ponder!

The nice thing about the Tacoma GFCs is that that will fit all three gens. You can replace your 2nd with a 3rd and as long as you stay Access Cab or DCLB it will move over. I just bought a low mile 15 to move everything over. If I didn't have so many 2nd gen specific upgrades on the black truck I would have probably picked up a 3rd gen. I'm a fan of the GFC, never had a shell or RTT before as they seemed impractical but I like the utility the GFC offers when not loaded for a camping trip. I'd prefer to use it more often than I've gotten an opportunity so far but I travel a lot for work and those will pick up. If finances were an issue I wouldn't be keeping it, but that's a not a concern of mine at the moment.

Is there a thread of some sorts that has people putting up their spots in line?

Pretty sure I know of the one you are talking about. I'd love to pick it up though

I've also got a shell, rack and rtt I would need to sell (or move the RTT to the runner)
