Motorcycle Superstore has the Hero2 motorsports package on sale for $250 right now. I've got one, but if you can get them for cheaper than that I may be in for a second one.

I contacted GoPro in the spring year about this. They told me that they do not offer discount pricing for group buys. I also contacted a few distributors and was told that GoPro frowns (or did at the time) upon distributors offering such discounts. There have been several stories of distributors losing their deal with GoPro over unauthorized group buy type sales.

Maybe GoPro has changed their stance on this. Looks like Motorcycle-superstore is offering a below MSRP price, which, from what I what told, was not allowed by the manufacturer.

Good luck with the group buy, I hope it works out. It is a great camera, I love mine.

I can get the Hero2 for $150 plus 50% off accessories as well, and I still haven't bought one...I just don't see enough uses for me. I don't wheel enough. But they are so damn awesome I think I'll get one eventually. Good luck with the GB if you get it going.
