Looks sweet with 35s. If the cv and front diff werent so weak I’d consider 37s lol

Why? Please explain? Truck is almost overpowered now with the 4.88s. I can dump the clutch in 1st gear without stalling or adding any throttle.

When this happens, there will be better quality CVs involved.

Truck is getting SAS in 2 years anyways.

That marlin taco crawl box would help mitigate CV failures I’m sure

Meh. Why waste money LT'n it then? Sit on 35s for two years then swap to tons.

You didn’t need to trim the fenders? Are you running bump stops to limit uptravel?

Thats always the answer to these questions.
Either you know you *need* them for the type of wheeling you do and just do it without bothering to ask, or its more of a novelty and you just want them.

your truck flexes beautifully , would 37s get in the way when articulating that well , like into top of fenders?

That pic was full stuff on stock bumps. No fender trim needed.

would you rather the weak spot be the cvs or the diff? much easier to swap cvs on the trail vs diff. and cheaper

keep 35s till you go with a solid axle up front

I will know whether I need them or not after my trip to Windrock in April. I’m planning to run Rubicon in 2019 so 37s may be necessary

I had 37s on my 06 and never had an issue with CVs or the diff.

Yes, I already have a massive CMC. You aren’t fitting 35s on a 3” lift without it.

From what I've seen you will probably want to relocate the cab mounts altogether. Why don't you just shut up and SAS it already :)

Yeah I figured but in your first post you asked for anything besides a CMC and cutting fenders. So I didn't know if you just knew about it or already had it done.

Truck looks great by the way!

Same here on my 06, 37s with Fabtech 6", 3in body, cmc, Race Runner coil over set at 2.5, TC UCAs, and Alcan 6.5 leaf pack. 44k miles and the only issue was caused by Super Swampers. Tore up my front wheel bearings.

Not sure of the milege now but 12 years later and it's still running around the Jax NC area.
