So DCSB only. So Toyota has the wisdom to appeal to a wide consumer market by making 4 body styles. Goat armor makes a product for only one. Not exactly a good marketing strategy.

Dents, dings, and scratches give a truck character lol. It shows that you use your truck for its intended purposes. Just ask @EatSleepTacos .....lol

He also recently painted bedliner over those scratches. Guess it was too much "character." lol

You can save a lot of money by just wrapping your truck in aluminum foil. It will scratch your paint about the same and get you more attention from people asking if its a CyberTaxoma

well, have you weighed how much an access cab research and development/panel measuring and manufacturing process would cost vs. how many access cab orders/profits they'd get? if you'd done those calculations and analysis, you'd be a great position to second guess their "marketing strategy," except it's not a "marketing" issue whatsoever.

Sorry but it’s not rocket science. These are friggin magnets, nothing more. There is no excuse other than they just want to fail.

2nd gen sales topped 1 million units. If Only 10% were access cabs that would be 100,000 potential customers. If only 1% bought the magnets, that’s half a million in sales. In reality more than 10% were access cabs and you would likely get up to 3% of owners buying these at an income of 1.5 million.

So you have done the research? How many A/C vs DC are there? and how many were likely to buy a product like this when polled? I'd love to see the numbers

I wonder if its actually worth the cost of getting it. As I understand its magnetic. If its like the automotive magnetic business signs on vehicle doors. They tend to fall off it there is to much wind or stuff under the magnetic surface. I'm just not convinced yet, but it sounds interesting.

I haven't bothered. That's why I didn't second guess this new start-up company. You went Shark Tank on us!

want to fail? i'm sure they did their research and found they would be best suited serving double cab short beds (at least for now). if you want some so badly and it's "friggin magnets, nothing more," why don't you make your own?

GOAT Armor is available for 3rd Gens in both double and access cab .... so it stands to reason that a 2nd Gen access cab version is on the horizon.

hopefully. and hopefully they'll get to where they sell by the piece instead of full kit only. If they are laminating and cutting in house, it's a money maker.
