Perhaps Matt can give us equivalent color matches to choose from for those who want to match the OEM paint...

Example: a quick search for the Silver Sky Metallic in the Pantone color results in 877 C :notsure: (color swatch here)

The color matching is HARD. It’s not as easy as that Pantone match. It’s CMYK printing vs automotive paint as well as vinyl compared to metal. But he does get close.

    As an example-
    Voodoo blue arachnid

Wow didn’t know you could get this stuff in America, i’ve only seen the Aussie “RhinoHide” which doesnt ship to the usa. The magnets are even inside a rubber case so they wont scratch ur paint

    As a follow up-
Arachnid or brusHEX Inferno Would best match

They don't need to match exactly to look great, that blue arachnid being a great example. And like was said above once the truck is dirty it would be hard to tell the difference.

I'd only be putting them on for trips. Which presents a bit of a dilemma since I don't like washing my truck before a trip knowing its just going to get dirty again. But if it will save pin-striping, that should be worth it.

So, I know its not what this stuff is actually meant for, but kids on bikes are the big problem in my area, no trees to rub on, just bikes with gnarly handle bars.... think these would hold up to that?

They are a real hazard in my neighborhood.... I live in a culdesac, there are 13 kids all playing in my driveway where my truck parks.

I took a look at that earlier. Pretty cool, but difficult to tell what's the closest to my paint color. I get that it doesn't have to be perfect, but Quicksand can vary so wildly in different light, it'd be nice to not have to be the guinea pig.

The lighter color is as close as they’ve gotten to quicksand. Remember, cannot guarantee color matching. They try to get close and then complement the OEM color with the overall color scheme
